The Pioneer Business Planting initiative, part of ASAIDS’ Business For Movements program, empowers communities and movements through entrepreneurship. It equips leaders, organizations, and aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools to launch sustainable businesses that multiply dignity and impact.

Role Overview As a Volunteer Trainer, you will guide participants through the journey of business planting. This hybrid role combines remote engagement with in‑person sessions, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong community connection. The volunteer term is 1 year, renewable, with the possibility of integration into the project’s permanent team for outstanding contributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on entrepreneurship, leadership, and business development (online and in person).
• Mentor participants, offering guidance on business planning, innovation, and sustainability.
• Support the design and adaptation of training materials to local and global contexts.
• Collaborate with project leaders to monitor progress and evaluate impact.
